Detailed Design Plans & 3D Renderings: Creating refined design plans with 3D renderings for better visualization.
Material Samples: Presenting samples of materials, finishes, and fabrics for client approval. Providing a detailed cost estimate based on the final design and selected materials.
Technical Drawings: Preparing detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction and installation. Validation of all technical drawings on-site before they are approved as Good for Construction (GFC).
Sign-off Document: A comprehensive document containing finalized technical drawings, 3D renders, selected materials, and the final quotation will be shared with the client for approval before moving into production.
